●      Cookery Laboratory Needs

●      Needle Work & Sewing Laboratory Needs.

Sometime in January 2023, we reached out to the Principal of QRC, Rev. Sr. Rosemary and inquired about getting a list of outstanding projects that are currently pending in QRC.

We expressed our intention of carrying out a project for QRC in the year 2023. Rev. Sr. Rosemary in her response was very delighted with the WC Chapter for their good thoughts and interests towards accomplishing a project for QRC.

She further provided an invoice for the cookery lab and needle work/sewing lab that greatly needed to be equipped. Please find attached here copies of invoices for both the Cookery lab needs and the Needle work/Sewing Lab needs.

A total amount of 1million, forty-three thousand Frs CFA (1,043,000CFA) was provided to purchase the Cookery Laboratory needs, as seen on the invoice list.

A total amount of 1million, forty thousand Frs CFA (1,040,000CFA) was provided to purchase the Needle work/Sewing Laboratory needs, as seen on the invoice list.

A Grand total of $4000.00 US Dollars was disbursed by the West Coast Chapter and sent to Rev. Sr. Rosemary to purchase all the items on the invoice list.

On a follow-up note with Rev. Sr. Rosemary sometime in April 2023, the WC Chapter requested pictures and videos of all the items on both invoice lists to be provided for clarity and accountability purposes.

Following the most recent updates we got from Rev. Sr. Rosemary in May 2023, she highlighted the fact that she had been met with many difficulties trying to complete the project, one of which being the issues with transporting some machines from Nigeria to Cameroon because of breakdown and other mechanical issues with her car.

She asked for more time to be able to complete the whole project and provide the WC Chapter with pictures and videos of the itemized list.

By October 2023, both projects were partially completed and by January 2024, the projects were finally completed.

Pictures and videos of our project have been provided. We intend to keep replenishing the needs of the Cookery Laboratory and Needle Work Sewing Laboratory as needed.
